At California Builders, our garage series buildings are all available custom designed & custom built in the Mid-Atlantic area or as shell framing kits containerized & shipped to your building site for the do-it-yourselfer which then can be erected by anyone using ordinary electric power Mid-Atlantic area; or tools.

Our erected garage shells can be ordered with the upstairs sub-flooring, floor joists & interior partitions included; however these items may be deleted for initial cost savings, and can be installed by others at a later date.
