The house-lift process begins by inserting heavy-duty steel I-Beams (or similar beams) thru the crawl space foundation to prepare the house for the lift.
The actual house-lift commeces with all the jacks operating in unison requiring precision teamwork.
Beams are raised simultaneously avoiding twisting.
With the house in proper elevation, the process begins of excavation for the concrete slab & the construction of the basement foundation ext. walls.
After completion of the entire foundation system incl. draintile, waterproofing, installation of the slab, etc., the jacks & beams are removed.
