 Here’s how it works:
Customer purchases a complete shell kit home or 2nd story solution package.
• Customer, with aid of experienced California Custom Home Builders representatives will make sure via phone that all parts necessary to complete project are accounted for.
• Customer hires California Builders’ Certified Builder to erect shell kit & to double check his or her kit at their site.
• Customer will assist the Certified Builder in assembling their shell kit package in only 7 days!
• California Builders Certified Builder will bring all necessary tools such as compressors, nailing guns, generators, ladders, etc. as to complete a weather-tight shell. Some pre-assembly of the kit may be included such as prefabrication of wall panels (exterior & interior). Customer will not be responsible for room or board of the California Builders’ approved builder, he will use our company RV.
• Certified Builder will supply his own crew such as cut-man, lead-carpenter & helper(s) to erect shell kit package to under black paper roof & windows/doors installed.
 • You, the customer, will be able to install a shingled roof & exterior siding with-in 7 days of of Certified Builder having started construction of your kit package.
• This is a terrific learning &/or savings opportunity for the do-it-yourselfer builder & most importantly: FUN!.
