Included in the containerized shell home lumber framing package delivered free to your site in the lower 48’s would be the following:

1. All construction drawings necessary for building & permits: all foundation plans; all floor plans; 4 elevation plans; all floor framing, wall framing, roof framing & ceiling framing plans; all cross sections, details, etc…
2. All wood kiln-dried framing lumber materials thru plywood roof sheathing & black paper roof felt paper; & all metal fasteners (nails, bolts, hangars, bridging, etc.).
   The shell kit home would be packaged in 40-53 foot containers furnished by you to our supply source & delivered to your site or delivered directly to your site with flatbed lumber trucks w/o containerizing. If you choose the latter, wrapping the shell lumber package with heavy weight tarps would be included.
3. Comprehensive do-it-yourself assembly instruction manuals designed
   for the owner-builder concept & an extensive “Be your own contractor manual/video.”
4. All glass areas (windows, patio doors & exterior doors). We recommend these items not to be delivered until the house has been erected or stored in a smaller secured storage shed or 10-20 foot “container” on the property until needed to prevent theft.
5. Several field trip visits to your building site during the construction process at any agreed upon convenient times of your choosing.
6. For sites in Hawaii, Alaska, the US territories, Western Europe, or Australia one (1) field trip by a rep. of California Builders is included.
   

The proposed price for containerizing your shell home lumber package including everything mentioned above will be priced individually upon request as all jobs are custom orders & we can start the planning process with a minimum 10% deposit down payment. We can also help you with the turn-key package; i.e.: insulation, drywall, interior doors & trim, knock-down kitchen cabinets, electrical, plumbing packages if you so desire.
